Can anyone interpret dreams?

I dreamed last night that my old boyfriend came to my house but he had turned into a plump woman. He would not take care of himself at all. He wouldn't drink water or eat right...I woke up and was glad that wasn't true...I then went back to sleep and dreamed that he gave me a stack of hot pink finger nail files that had black tips...I have been praying about the interpretation but haven't got a clear understanding yet...Only someone that is a born again, true believer in Christ can possibly interpret this for me.
