Whats a good substitute for bubble bath?

My daughter is 2 and has sensitive skin and is it safe for her to have a bubble bath? If it is then whats a good substitute for bubble bath? Because I dont really want to buy one.. Can I mix baby shampoos and body wash? And can I put in a little of my shampoo to make it more bubbly?
