Really old cartoon help please?!?

I remember watching this cartoon, it was more like one show, when I was little. It was about this older lady who was kinda plump and she had on a red dress and she was getting ready for a ball. It's very old and not very modern. Any kind of help with finding the name would be greatly appreciated.
