How to look good at a Sweet 16 Party?

I think you shoud wear a dress, not a long dress, one above the knees, with some heels, if you can't walk in heels get a pair of nice flats, for you make up, try light make, nothing to heavy, light pink gloss for you lips, for you hair pin it wip with some curls. What ever color of dress you wear you should base your make up of it.
