Malcom McDowell - The Man in the Silver Suit ?

I'm trying to find out about a film a saw years ago, I thought it starred Malcolm McDowell but can't find it in his imdb.com page. It was made in the 60's or early 70's I think, and had a man in a silver suit wandering about and he comes across a medical facility where they do experiments. He agrees to have some done, but wanders into a room and asks a guy what he's having done, and when he pulls back the covers, this man;s head has been attached to a pig's body! It's really freaky, but I just can't find out what film it is. Any ideas???????????????
