Need makeup advice! :) plz help?

I need a lot of advice lol my skin gets very oily during the summer is there any products i can use that will get rid of that? I need to find a concealer to make my skin look smooth and unblemished with out making me break out a lot. I do use an acne product and a black head wash but i still get them unfortunately :p Also i need to find a way to make my thin lips look bigger and plumper, is there a lip plumper or a make up trick to make them appear bigger and fuller?
