Spelling question, kinda, regarding Mc's?

I'm making a employee list at work, and only the supervisors have to be in all caps. For those who's last name is McSomething (McDowell, McDonald, McBride, etc), does the "c" remain small? Or is it allowed to be a cap in this case? Or is it "supposed to be" a cap maybe??
