With makeup can I acutally look like someone im not?

Why you think it's a stupid question. yes you can change your look like to other person by make up if you can make up by eyeliner,shadows,lip glosses, powder and.... in right way that it won't be too much your look will change, i don't know where are you from but in asia specially in arabic countries their make up are very professional and you can't recognition the person after and before make up( of course most of them have heavy make up you can do like them but with less ingredents)
