Can Substitutes receive Nevada unemployment?

Can I receive unemployment? I am a substitute teacher in Nevada, but there is no work for the summer and I am not getting paid. School starts Aug. 29th, but I do not have a guaranteed return date. I am really struggling. Will I be eligible?
