Can i substitute white vinegar for white wine? if not what should i use?

Add some white vinegar and lemon juice. Add some sea salt if available..Is there any other wines available? ..stick to white, clear wines. Walmart has a white wine for two bucks called 'oak tree' or 'oak leaf', something like that. Capers do make a difference, the flavors easily absorb into pastas and poultry and its an acidic, lemony taste that goes well with chicken and often required for piccata. Without the white wine and the capers, it aint really piccatta..
