How do I stop masturbating, and watching porn?

I really struggle with masturbation, and porn. I'm addicted to masturbation and porn. I need the Lord's forgiveness. He's been gracious to me. Does anyone have any suggestion readings that help you resist temptation? Also, does anyone have any great Christian books to read? I'm reading God's Word every day. Does anyone know great books to read for a teenager? I really like Francis Chan, Josh McDowell, and C.S. Lewis.
