What exercise works well to......?

Lose flabby inner thighs and tighten my butt? I'm not fat but I do have some thick thighs and some extra in the rear. It is irritating when I put on my favorite pair of jeans, my inner thighs rub together up near my private area. Then tight or lose jeans make my butt look big and plump. Any suggestions on good exercises to fix my lower half and rear end?
