I'm 17, are my 30C/65C breasts that small? And will it still grow?

Chances are you will not grow taller in height. I could be wrong as some women continue to grow in height until their early 20's. Bra size wise you may continue to grow there until your in your mid 20's. Their is nothing wrong with being short. Or having smallish breasts. I bet you boobs are very pretty.
